Privacy Policy

In short: this website sets no cookies and builds no profile of you as an individual. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you see no cookie banner.

Who we are

SentioCX (legal entity details in the imprint) operates this website from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. For any privacy matter, contact info@sentiocx.com.

What this website does not do

  • No cookies — first-party or third-party
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking
  • No embedded third-party content that loads before you act (videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play)
  • No contact forms — you reach us by email or phone, on your terms

What processing remains

Hosting access logs. Our hosting provider processes technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver pages and protect the service. This is standard, short-lived infrastructure logging under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Company-level visitor identification (Leadinfo). We use Leadinfo, a Dutch, EU-hosted service, to recognize the organization a visit comes from: it matches the visiting IP address against registers of business IP ranges and shows us the company name and pages viewed. It identifies companies, not people — it sets no cookies and builds no individual profile. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time via info@sentiocx.com, and visits from non-business networks are not identified.

Privacy-preserving analytics (if/when enabled). We may use cookieless, EU-hosted analytics that count page views in aggregate without persistent identifiers, cookies, or cross-site tracking. No personal profile is ever built.

Email and phone. If you contact us, we process what you send us to respond. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the conversation and our legitimate business records.

Links to third-party sites and services — the Salesforce AppExchange, Calendly, LinkedIn, X, YouTube — lead to services with their own privacy policies. They receive data only after you choose to visit them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Since this website holds no personal data about visitors beyond the processing described above, most requests will be about email correspondence: write to info@sentiocx.com.
